We want you to be happy with your DAGO Express merch. If something is not right, you can return it.

30-day returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

Email us at mail@dagoexpress.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered. In that case we cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping costs are refunded only for damaged, defective or wrong items.
