This Privacy Policy explains how DAGO Express Inc., 2574 Elm Street, River Grove, IL 60171, USA ("we") handles personal information when you shop at us-shop.dagoexpress.com.

Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), shipping and billing address, and the items you order. Payment details are entered directly with our payment processor Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number. Our website also uses technically necessary cookies, for example to keep your shopping cart.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, handle returns and customer service, prevent fraud, and meet tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to fulfill your order: Stripe (payment processing), our US fulfillment partner (packing and shipping) and the carrier that delivers your package (for example USPS). We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as required by tax and accounting law, generally up to 7 years. Other information is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Illinois), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
